Getting up early for work is a drainer. Washing and drying my long hair after a long day at work is even worse. On my list of things I want to do after work, washing and blowdrying my hair is low on my list.
Thank goodness for the invention of dry shampoo!
My dry shampoo of choice is Cedel Dry Shampoo for Dark Hair. The special formula is perfect for brunettes as you don’t get the whitish powdery residue of normal dry shampoo. No chance of looking like you’re going grey with this!
This dry shampoo is a miracle worker and its become a staple in my beauty regime.
This isn’t not to say that I don’t wash my hair often. I do. In fact I wash my hair every second day because I can’t stand dirty hair. The tiniest bit of oil and I freak. I’d wash my hair every single day if I could be bothered even though I know that’s not good for your hair. Naughty!
If you’re new to dry shampoo it’s as easy as spraying the product on your roots and leaving it to set for a few minutes. Then either brush through your hair with a brush (preferred) or your fingers and voila! Brilliantly clean (looking) hair in a matter of minutes. Way quicker than washing and blowdrying! And with the added bonus of a few extra minutes of sleep…
Dry shampoo is also an amazing tool for gritting up squeaky clean hair. Want to rock a top knot? Want to get some lift in limp hair? Spritz in some dry shampoo to get a bit of texture and hold. Love a multi purpose product!
Do you love dry shampoo? Any tips or tricks?

I do adore a good dry shampoo and Cedel’s is one of the best I’ve tried. It is such a saviour when I need extra sleep in the morning x
I’m guilty of trying to get a little bit more sleep every day lol so the dry shampoo is my best friend
How much does this cost and where would you buy this brand from?
You can buy Sukin products at Priceline and most chemists. I picked up the hand cream for $9.95
